Assignability: The customer shall not transfer or assign this Agreement.

Multiple accounts: An individual or organization shall not create multiple accounts for the purpose of avoiding fees.

Prohibited Uses: You may not use our service to enable any activities relating to unsolicited bulk commercial messages, copyright infringement, abuse of 3rd party networks, malware (like trojans or viruses), or other illegal activities.

Refunds: Refunds are given only at Zonomi's discretion.

SLA: An outage is defined as Zonomi name servers not responding to DNS queries for more than 10 minutes in a 24 hour period.  An outage excludes scheduled maintenance.  In the event of an outage customers may request an SLA credit.  The request must be made within 7 days of the outage.  The credit will be based on the DNS hosting fee for the affected zones for that month.  We will allocate a 25% service credit.  In the event of multiple outages, the maximum service credit is 100%.  There is no cash credit given.
